The Scythe of Undoing is a craftable Hardmode radiant weapon. Similarly to Lucy the Axe, it will occasionally display a line of dialogue.
When swung, it will produce a double-edged scythe that spins in a full circle around the player, damaging enemies. Dealing damage will fill a rage meter, indicated below the player. Once the rage meter has been filled, right-clicking will transform the player into a demon, augmenting both the left- and right-click functionalities for the duration of the transformation.
Upon directly striking an enemy, the user will gain 2 stacks of Soul Essence.
Its best modifier is Godly.

Trivia
- This item and its mechanic are a reference to the character Shieda Kayn from the game League of Legends, along with his sentient scythe Rhaast. By damaging and defeating enemies, Rhaast can overtake Kayn to transform into a demonic Darkin form, gaining increased power and life-steal.
- A variety of dialogue lines are sourced directly from Rhaast's quotes in League of Legends.
