Betsy's Bellow is a Hardmode Bard weapon that has a chance to be dropped by Betsy during the Old One's Army event. It shoots out three streams of smoldering flame that explode upon hitting an enemy, inflicting the Hellfire debuff onto all nearby enemies. When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Flat Damage III and Damage III empowerments.
Its best modifier is Fabled.

- The design of this weapon is based on the Firebird, a specialist trumpet that includes a trombone-style slide.
