The Valadium Staff is a Hardmode magic weapon that fires a slow moving vortex of pulsating magic which will inflict targets with Light Curse debuff for 1 second.

Its best Modifier is Mythical.

Notes

• Valadium Chunks do not generate naturally throughout the world until after Fallen Beholder is defeated. Therefore, it is impossible to acquire this staff without defeating him at least once.
• This staff functions in a similar manner to Magnet Sphere:
  • Magnet Sphere's sphere moves faster, has a larger attack range, and travels much farther.
  • Valadium Staff's vortex inflicts a short debuff on all targets, as well as being able to hit multiple enemies at the same time.

• 1.6.5.5: Nerfed use time from 40 to 46.
• 1.6.5.0: Buffed mana usage from 30 to 20 and pulse damage from 50% to 100%.
