Pod Bombs are craftable, consumable throwing weapons. They burst into three small toxic clouds upon contacting a tile or enemy, which spread outwards slightly and linger very briefly to deal additional damage and inflict the Poisoned debuff.

They are one of the four throwing weapons needed to craft Light's Anguish or Embowelment, the ultimate pre-hardmode throwing weapons for Corrupt and Crimson worlds, respectively.
