The Flesh Horn is a craftable Hardmode Bard weapon. By holding the attack button, the player will charge up an ichor-infused sound beam over the course of 2 seconds. The beam can hit an infinite number of enemies and inflicts the Ichor debuff.

When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Damage II empowerment.

Its best modifier is Fabled.
