Little Red is a craftable Hardmode gun. It turns any Musket Balls or Silver Bullets fired into special red bullets that travel extremely quickly and cause an explosion of 3 damaging rose petals whenever they hit any enemy afflicted with the Gouge debuff. Additionally, the gun has a strong recoil that pushes the wielder backwards when fired, similarly to the Slugger.

Right-clicking with Little Red instead causes the player to use it as a scythe that spins in a full circle around the player, damaging enemies and inflicting the Gouge debuff on hit.

Its best modifier is Unreal.

Trivia

• This weapon is a direct reference to Crescent Rose, the weapon used by the character Ruby Rose in the web series RWBY. Its recoil when firing is based on the momentum-based combat style Ruby employs with Crescent Rose.
  • The weapon's name is an allusion to Little Red Riding Hood, whom Ruby Rose was based off of.
  • This weapon is one of 3 donator weapons based on the weapons used by the primary protagonists of RWBY; the others being Snow White and Golden Locks.
