Phantom Arm Cannon demonstration.

The Phantom Arm Cannon is a craftable Hardmode Launcher. On use, it fires a spectre shot in the direction of the cursor. Holding the attack button will charge up the weapon; after 1.5 seconds, the following left-click will fire a slower but more powerful shot that creates an explosion on contact with a tile or enemy. Right-clicking will instead fire an accelerating phantom rocket towards the cursor before detonating. Only the detonation is able to damage enemies.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
