The Frostwind Cymbals is a craftable Hardmode Bard weapon. They release two vibrations that briefly inflict the Freezing debuff on hit enemies. Holding the attack button will increase the amount of vibrations, their speed and freezing duration. Up to seven vibrations can be released at a time. When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Jump Height II and Flight Time II empowerments.
Its best modifier is Fabled.
