The Granite Boom Box is a craftable Pre-Hardmode Bard weapon. It creates a small blue waveform around the player that shoots a beam towards enemies, which persists for 20 seconds and automatically and rapidly releases small, instantaneous blue energy beams towards nearby enemies. These projectiles deal damage and inflict the Granite Surge debuff, dealing damage over time and lowering defense. When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Empowerment Prolongation II empowerment.

Its best modifier is Fabled.

Notes

• The Granite Boom Box is especially strong with flat damage modifiers as it fires very fast. The Ring will increase its damage output substantially.
• Defense reduction such as Armor Penetration all give it a significant increase in damage against higher defense enemies.
