The Spine Buster is a Hardmode gun that is dropped by Coldlings and Frozen Grosses. It turns any Musket Balls or Silver Bullets it fires into Blood Globules, which move slower than average bullets but are larger and can pierce through enemies infinitely.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
