The Hallowed Blessing is a craftable Hardmode radiant weapon. It shoots a bolt of holy magic that inflicts the Holy Glare debuff on hit enemies. Enemies suffering from holy glare take damage over time and receive 15% increased damage from all sources.
If the player's radiant powers are corrupted, the weapon will instead fire purple bolts of dark magic, and Holy Glare will deal additional damage over time.
