Heartstriker in use.

The Heartstriker is a flail-type weapon that can be obtained rarely from fishing in the Jungle. It releases a short ranged whip that extends from the player's hand, pierces through multiple enemies, and auto-swings. Upon reaching its maximum distance, it will fire a spread of 3 poisonous bubbles that deal 75% of the weapon's base damage and inflicts the Poisoned debuff.

Right-clicking will instead cause the player to thrust the weapon as a spear; hitting enemies inflicted with the Poisoned debuff will deal 150% of the weapon's base damage.
