The Moonlight is a craftable Pre-Hardmode spear. Directly striking an enemy will cause the following thrust (indicated by the spear glowing) to fire out a decelerating wave projectile that can pierce up to three times before exploding, dealing additional damage to nearby enemies. This effect can only occur once every 3 seconds.

Its best modifier is Godly.

Trivia

• This item is based on a reoccuring weapon from the majority of FromSoftware's catalouge of games, including Dark Souls, Armored Core, and Elden Ring. All weapons feature "Moonlight" in their name and can fire an energy slash.
  • The weapon's tooltip, "My guiding moonlight...", is a reference to Ludwig, a boss from Bloodborne who wields the game's iteration of the weapon, the Holy Moonlight Sword.
