The Cosmic Flux Staff is a Hardmode radiant weapon that doubles as a healing spell. It has a chance to be dropped by the Lunatic Cultist. It shoots a rapid projectile that heals allies and damages enemies it contacts, creating a small area of effect if it contacts a target. The projectile grants a different effect to the wielder based on what it hits. When damaging enemies, it grants the player the Healing Nova buff, increasing the potency of healing spells. When healing allies, it grants the Radiant Nova buff, increasing the damage that radiant attacks deal.
If the player's radiant powers are corrupted, the weapon will instead shoot a rapid purple projectile, inflicting the Light Curse debuff onto hit enemies.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
Notes
- While Healing Nova is active, the fired projectile will be yellow. While Radiant Nova is active, the fired projectile will be green.
