Ocean's Judgement in use.
Ocean's Judgement is a craftable post-Moon Lord boomerang made with Ocean Essence. It can be thrown a total distance of about 24 tiles before returning, and multiple can be thrown and active at once. When it strikes an enemy, it causes rain drop projectiles to fall from the sky on top of it, which can pass through tiles and deal great amounts of additional damage. These rain drops also grant a life shield to the player when striking an enemy, providing them with additional temporary maximum life that stacks with successive rain drop strikes up to a limit and decays over time. Both the actual hammer and its projectiles emit light and particles, and the hammer has autoswing.
Its best modifier is Godly.
