The Mind Melter is a craftable Hardmode radiant weapon. It rapidly shoots bursts of miniature shadow tendrils at the cost of life, which quickly follow the cursor and damage enemies they contact as many times as they can before disappearing after about a second. The tendrils also inflict the Shadowflame debuff onto hit enemies. When used, the ally with the least amount of health will receive life equivalent to half of the weapon's life cost.
