Tooth of the Consumer in use.

The Tooth of the Consumer is a Hardmode broadsword that is crafted from 9 Unfathomable Flesh at a Hardmode Anvil. It has a 33% chance to heal the user by 5% of the damage dealt but nullifies life regeneration for 5 seconds afterwards. Right-clicking the weapon will drain 3 life from the wielder to release a series of three twisting blood energy tendrils as a short-ranged attack. The sword also auto-swings.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
