The Ancient Frost is a Hardmode magic weapon that is dropped by the Lunatic Cultist. It shoots a small bolt that becomes a large frost crystal after traveling a short distance, which continues to travel slowly for a few seconds while launching icy spikes in all directions, which inflicts the Freezing debuff upon contact. The large crystal can travel through tiles, but the spikes it releases cannot.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
