The Serpent's Cry is a Hardmode Bard weapon. It shoots a tear projectile above the player in an arc, which explodes into several smaller drops. When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Flat Damage III and Damage I empowerments.
Its best modifier is Fabled.
