The Grim Flayer is a Hardmode broadsword that is sold by the Confused Zombie after the Wall of Flesh is defeated. It has a 20% chance to restore 2 life to its wielder when it hits an enemy. The weapon also emits light and particles when swung.
Its best modifier is Legendary.
