The Old God's Vision is a Hardmode magic weapon that is dropped by the Forgotten One. It fires an ancient magic projectile that travels along before slowing down, piercing infinitely, and flashes about 6 times before dissipating. The projectile also damages nearby enemies and inflicts the hit enemy with the Insanity debuff for 5 seconds.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
