Empowerments

The Bopper is a Hardmode Bard weapon that is sold by the Cyborg. It fires in three different ways, depending on the distance the cursor is from the player on use:

• At short range, it fires three slow-moving sound waves at a spread that can each pierce through up to 3 enemies.
• At medium range, it fires a single sound wave that deals additional knockback.
• At long range, it fires a quick-moving laser that travels a medium distance and deals additional damage.

When used, it empowers nearby players and the user with the Empowerment Prolongation II empowerment.

Its best modifier is Fabled.

• If the Show Donator Item Color configuration option is disabled, The Bopper will have a rarity of instead of the standard .

Trivia

• This item is based on the Bop It line of audio toys.
• The unique projectiles fire out of a different part of The Bopper, as each represents an aspect of the original Bop It
  • Low pitch shoots from the 'Bop' section, medium pitch shoots from the 'Pull' section, and high pitch shoots from the 'Twist' section.
