The Granite-Fused Slime is an Pre-Hardmode enemy found in Granite Caves after Skeletron has been defeated. Like typical slimes, it hops towards its target to deal contact damage. In Expert Mode, it can inflict the Granite Surge debuff.

Like most other slimes, the Granite-Fused Slime will be passive towards any player with the Royal Gel accessory equipped.
