"A highly mutated Magma Snail that has gained the ability to launch chunks of burning rubble at its prey."
The Molten Mortar is an enemy found in The Underworld during Hardmode. It moves slowly, similar to the Ice Tortoise and Giant Tortoise but lacks their ability to do spinning jumps. Instead, it shoots mortars at the player, which explode on impact. The explosion does not destroy blocks.
Notes
- The Molten Mortar can "swim" in lava by floating upwards whenever in contact with lava, similar to the Hell Bringer Mimic and Infernal Hound.
