Coin Bags are a special variant of Mimics disguised as Coin Stashes which can be found rarely in the Cavern Layer. When approached, they begin to rapidly hop away from the player. As they are hit, they will drop their respective variety of coin and when defeated will drop a large amount of coins. They do not deal any damage to the player.
All Coin Bags are immune to all debuffs and lava.
They are one of the few entities that can be detected by the Lifeform Analyzer or its upgrades, with a rarity of 2.
Variants
Copper and Silver Coin Bags can be found at any time. Gold Coin Bags are exclusive to Hardmode.
