The Icy Axe is an early game axe, stronger than the starting Copper Axe and weaker than the Iron Axe.
Like all axes, it is used to cut down trees, cacti, and giant glowing mushrooms.
Its best modifier is Light for harvesting purposes, and Legendary for combat purposes.
