The Blooming Wand is a craftable Healer spell that launches a salvo of four fluttering petals. Each petal heals ally life over a period of several seconds.
Like all healing items, it cannot receive a Modifier. It does benefit from additional healing effects, but only receives 1 bonus healing per 5 that the player has. Additionally, it does not trigger the on heal effects of other healing items.
