The Ra's Whisper is a craftable Hardmode Healer spell that shoots a forbidden bolt, which bursts into an area-of-effect of twirling mystical sand at the cursor's location. This mystical sand heals allies and also grants them Quick Recovery.
Like all healing items, it benefits from any additional healing effects and cannot receive a Modifier.
