The Dream Megaphone is a Hardmode, post-Plantera Healer item that can be purchased from the Cyborg. When used, it creates a large sound ring that increases the damage of all allies in the ring by 20% for a period of time; the duration of the damage buff increases based on the player's Bonus Healing. However, using the item also inflicts a debuff onto the user that decreases their damage reduction by 40% for 30 seconds, increasing the damage they take.

Like all healing items, it benefits from any additional healing effects and cannot receive a Modifier.
