The Glittering Scepter is a craftable Hardmode Support Staff that releases beams of crystalline energy which form crystals and surround allies. Each crystal shields ally health at a rate of 2 per second, to a maximum of 25. In addition, crystals will disappear after 15 seconds, and an ally can have a maximum of only 3 crystals around them.
