The Suspicious Moisturizer Bottle is a Pet summoning item that is dropped by Patch Werk in Master Mode. It spawns a Living Hand pet to follow you around. The Living Hand will float directly above the player's head, changing between various poses based on various situations.

The Living Hand is immune to damage from enemies and despawns upon player death.

Poses

Poses are ordered in order of priority, in the case of two conditions being met simultaneous.

	Thumbs Down	Player is killed	Despawns after 4 seconds.
	Thumbs Up	Player defeats a boss	Returns to idle pose after 10 seconds.
	Patting	Player exits combat with 20% or less of their maximum life	Pats directly on the player's head. Returns to idle pose after 3 seconds.
	Pointing	If player is near any enemies detected by the Lifeform Analyzer or its upgrades, or any items with a rarity greater than	Points at the closest enemy or item in question.
	Shaka Sign	If player is in water or wet
	Idle	No other condition is met
