Liberation is a Hardmode Support Staff that can be used to instantly remove nearly all debuffs from an ally under your cursor. If the player successfully dispels a debuff from the ally player, they will receive Liberated, granting them increased base movement speed and brief invulnerability.
It cures all of the following debuffs:
Like all healing items, it cannot receive a Modifier.
