The Energized Quad-Cube is a Pet summoning item that has a chance to be dropped by Granite Energy Storm in Master Mode. It spawns an Energized Quad-Cube pet to follow you around. The Energized Quad-Cube is immune to damage from enemies and despawns upon player death.
The Energized Quad-Cube pet will swap between different forms every 10 seconds.

- This item is a reference to the Tetris series; each form the Energized Quad-Cube pet can take is one of the tetrominoes used in the games.
- The buff tooltip, "Boom, tetris for GES!", is a reference to the "Boom! Tetris for Jeff" meme, originating from the 2016 Classic Tetris World Championship.
