• This set is a direct reference to the character Magolor from the Kirby series. The name "Halcandran" refers to Magolor's home world of Halcandra.
  • The Halcandran Deluxe Apparel is based on Magolor's appearance as Manager Magolor in the "Merry Magoland" side mode in Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe.
