The Cursed Flail-Core is an accessory that makes flail-type weapons have a chance to release a green spike ball upon hitting an enemy. This spike ball is larger than the thrown Spiky Ball and similarly rolls on the ground, constantly damaging enemies it touches by a 65% of the flail's original damage, and it lasts for a few seconds. The spiky balls also apply the Cursed Inferno debuff.
