Shooting Star Dye is a type of dye crafted from Shooting Star Fragments dropped by Celestial Towers from the Lunar Events. When equipped, it tints the selected accessory or armor a bright red, and produces stars that travel outwards resulting in an effect reminiscent of a star storm.
