Cryomancer's armor is a craftable Hardmode armor set crafted from Permafrost. It takes a total of 66 Permafrost to craft a full suit.

It consists of a Cryomancer's Crown, Cryomancer's Tabard and Cryomancer's Leggings.

The Cryomancer's Crown gives 16 defense, 5% increased magic damage, 15% reduced mana cost and maximum mana is increased by 60; the Cryomancer's Tabard gives 16 defense, 15% increased magic damage, 10% increased magic critical strike chance and greatly increased mana regeneration; and the Cryomancer's Leggings gives 14 defense, 10% increased magic damage and 15% increased movement speed.

A full set provides a total of 46 defense, 30% increased magic damage, 15% reduced mana cost, 10% increased magic critical strike chance, 15% increased movement speed, greatly increased mana regeneration and maximum mana is increased by 60. Its set bonus causes magic damage to cause an ice explosion that applies the Freezing debuff to hit enemies. The set also causes a snowflake particle to circle around player.
