The Blizzard Pouch is a craftable Hardmode accessory. It combines the effects of the Frostburn Pouch and Sandshroud Pouch when equipped; yoyo strikes will always inflict the Frostburn debuff, and has a 20% chance to inflict the Freezing debuff. Additionally, it causes yoyo strikes to grant the player a 10% damage reduction for their next hit from enemies. There is a 15-second recharge period between damage reductions.
