The Holy Aegis is a Hardmode shield accessory that is combined with Cross Necklace and Paladin's Shield. It increases maximum life and length of invincibility after taking damage. It also absorbs damage from nearby players on your team, increasing their damage resistance, if you have enough health and grants immunity to knockback.
