The Karmic Holder is a craftable Hardmode Healer accessory. While equipped, an ancient crucible floats around the player. Every 100 life healed in a heal streak will increase your radiant damage by 8%, which stacks up to 40% at a 500 life heal streak. Each increase lasts 10 seconds and is signified by the ancient crucible changing form.

Notes

• A healing streak will be interrupted and reset to 0 if no healing is done within 3 seconds after the last heal. The damage buff will persist until it runs out.
• There can only be one continuous healing streak, it does not reset or store it every 100 life healed.
• Almost every form of healing (including self-healing) counts towards a healing streak.
