The Slag Stompers are an accessory that is sold by the Cobbler after defeating Skeletron. It increases movement speed and maximum running speed, and also causes damaging slag to drop rapidly from the player's feet. The slag can pass through platforms, but not solid blocks. When the slag hits an enemy, it will deal 20 contact damage and inflict the On Fire! debuff for 2 seconds.

• The slag falls for 17 blocks before disappearing.
