The Lunatic's set is a vanity set that has a chance to be obtained from the Treasure Bag of the Lunatic Cultist in Expert Mode only. It consists of the Lunatic's Hood, Lunatic's Robe, and Lunatic's Leggings.
If the full set is worn, the sound the player makes when taking certain types of damage will be the same as for the Lunatic Cultist's.
