• As of 1.7.1.6, if player is moving fast enough, increases mana regeneration bonus by 4, mana regeneration delay reduction rate by 2 and removes 25% of the mana regeneration movement penalty (which is equivalent to granting $0.25\cdot \frac{maximummana}{2}$ regen bonus).
