Notes

• As of 1.7.1.6, if player is moving fast enough, increases health regeneration rate by 4 (that is, +2 HP/s), regeneration time rate by 2 (for comparsion, one of the Life Drain effects increases it by 5 when targeting an enemy) and removes 25% of the health regeneration movement penalty (which is equivalent to setting the move constant from Health Regeneration page to 0.6875).
