Titan armor is a craftable Hardmode armor set crafted from Titanic Bars. It takes a total of 45 Titanic Bars to craft a single full suit, or 69 Titanic Bars if you want to craft one of each headpiece.

It consists of a Titan Breastplate and Titan Greaves as well as three different headpieces: the Titan Headgear, Titan Helmet, and Titan Mask. Note that only one of the headpieces may be equipped at once but all will trigger the same set bonus with the body and legs.

The Titan Headgear gives 8 defense, increased mana by 80, 15% reduced mana usage and grants the Titan Mystic buff; causing casting spells below 75 current mana to have increased damage; the Titan Helmet gives 20 defense, 12% increased melee speed, increased length of invincibility after taking damage and immunity to knockback; and the Titan Mask gives 12 defense, decreased chance to consume ammo by 25%, grants vision of enemy positions (Hunter Potion effect) and your ranged attacks will apply Granite Surge to hit enemies. The Titan Breastplate gives 16 defense and 8% increased critical strike chance; and Titan Greaves gives 12 defense and 15% increased movement speed.

A full set always provides a total of at least 36 defense, 8% increased critical strike chance and 15% increased movement speed in addition to any stats given by the particular headpiece. Its set bonus grants 18% increased damage.
