The Lychee is a Pre-Hardmode food item that gives the Well Fed buff when consumed. This lasts for 5 minutes, but can be canceled at any time by right-clicking the icon.
It has a small chance of dropping when shaking a Yew Tree. These trees can be found by planting Acorns on Marshy Astroturf.
