Carrot Cookie is an Food item sold by the Cook. It can be consumed while the player is out of combat to restore 50 life and grant the Night Owl buff for 60 seconds and the Well Fed buff for 2 minutes. It also inflicts the Full Stomach debuff on the player for 45 seconds, preventing them from consuming another Cook's Food item (regular food items can be eaten without issue). The duration of Full Stomach can be reduced by 20% by equipping the Metabolic Pills.
