The Bouncing Flame Potion is a buff potion that, when consumed, provides the player the Bouncing Flames buff, which causes the debuffs On Fire!, Frostburn, Shadowflame, Cursed Inferno, Singed, and Hellfire to spread from the afflicted enemy to nearby enemies.

The buff lasts for five minutes and, like all buffs, can be canceled at any time by right-clicking the icon.
