Inspiration Shards are consumable Hardmode Bard items that can be crafted with a Soul of Light, a Soul of Night and an Inspiration Fragment. They can only be used if your current maximum inspiration is 20. Upon consumption, it increases maximum inspiration by 1, to a maximum of 30, increases the chance for inspiration notes to drop by 1%, and increases the duration of empowerments applied when user has full inspiration by 1.25%.
