The Unassuming Blue Stone is an unobtainable tool that instantly teleports the user to the cursor's location on use, like the Rod of Discord, though without the penalty. Additionally, right-clicking will scroll the viewing area in the direction of the cursor much like the Sniper Scope, effectively increasing the range of the teleport. It cannot be obtained through normal means.
